- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a positive rapport
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their automotive concerns and requirements
- Accurately and thoroughly document customer vehicle information, service requests, and concerns
- Consult with technicians to determine appropriate maintenance and repair services
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Monitor the progress of repairs, communicate updates to customers, and address any questions or concerns
- Ensure accurate billing and payment collection for services rendered
- Maintain a clean and organized service department environment
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge and familiarity with maintenance and repair processes
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to service operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
