    Caregiver - Roseville, California

    Compensation: $ per hour

    Duties and Responisiblities

    • Provide care and support to elderly in a residential care facility for the elderly with a focus on health and memory care.
    • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    • Assist with medications according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions.
    • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
    • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and address challenging behaviors..
    • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
    • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in care.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work with individuals with memory and cognitive disorder, disabilities, and provide compassionate care.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals as necessary. Knowledge of medication assistance procedures and safety protocols.
