- 5+ years of hands-on experience in sophisticated radar or EO/IR system engineering, design, analysis, and specification formulation
- Proficiency in complex Radar or EO/IR system software requirement delineation and allocation
- Acumen in practices and principles for assessing advanced sensor systems concepts, specifications evaluation, and system integration
- Capability to execute intricate calculations with precision
- Must possess a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics
- Prior experience with a diverse range of Navy/USMC Radar and EO/IR systems
- Proven experience in furnishing artifacts and inputs for certification and verification of Sensor Systems in alignment with Navy-prescribed processes
- Background in generating test and evaluation documentation, encompassing testing plans, laboratory testing documents, new technology evaluation documentation, usability engineering documents, and laboratory testing of sensor test articles engineered by the product design agent
- History of conducting research and endorsing the coordination, planning, and execution of assessment activities, including assessment and integration testing, site acceptance testing, and other evaluation activities
- Top Secret clearance is a plus
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics
- For remote or hybrid positions, you will alternate between working from a Booz Allen facility or a client site.
- For onsite roles, you will engage with colleagues and clients in face-to-face interactions, as necessitated by the specific role.
