INTERSPA stands for holistic solutions, from development and planning to construction and professional operation. Under the brand WONNEMAR, we currently operate five large adventure pools throughout Germany. A resort hotel is located at one of our locations. To support our team within the Bad department, we are looking for a Lifeguard (m/f/d), also open to career changers, for our Sonthofen location as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

As part of the team, you will independently and conscientiously carry out pool supervision. You ensure the ability to rescue and provide assistance to injured guests, if necessary.
You ensure safety, order, and cleanliness, and participate in scheduled cleaning intervals.

Your profile

You have a Silver Lifeguard Certificate (but it can also be obtained in-house, and we cover the costs).
You are courteous and confident in communicating with guests.
You are a self-assured, dynamic, and resilient person.
You are flexible and have a high level of commitment, including on weekends and holidays (3 days early shift, 3 days late shift, 3 days off).
