Building a great company culture takes time. Our sister company, Skolfield Homes, $12m/year, 70 employees with 40 years in one location. Our Electrical Company is just 5 years young and already $2.5m/year with 25 employees.

Located 5 minutes apart, we're very near to downtown Winter Park. Our warehouse and office are exceptional with a great office and company environment. Growing at over 30% per year here's a great future for the right person.

The following are the qualifications we are looking for. Our part owner/ qualifier / license holder is selling and closing $150k/month in residential electrical work. He needs an estimator to work closely with him to support continued growth.

Attitude:We only bring people in that can get along and have a good attitude. We're all different but this is 40 hours a week of our lives. It has to be interesting and satisfying.

Experience: We need at least 5 years experience in electrical estimating. Although we have many apprentices and our proud of how much professional development we offer, this is a position where we need someone that can hit the ground running. The majority of our work is residential but sprinkling more and more light commercial, EV chargers, etc.

Computers: Dialed in is important. We must have someone with talented writing skills, very comfortable on a computer, familiar with estimating programs, etc. And a naturally very thorough mindset.
