**WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS**
Responsible for managing store operations.
Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luces culture.
Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 70+ staff to provide best-in-class delivery and curbside service to guests.
Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
Ability to work late nights and weekends.
In absence of the General Manager, RM performs all managerial duties.
Report to the General Manager.
**WHAT YOU OFFER US**
3+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume, curbside, pickup, and delivery operation.
Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.
Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.
