Your tasks:

  • Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
  • Telephone and email consultation for customers regarding products and services
  • Processing of contract and tariff matters
  • Tariff consultation and, if necessary, suitable up and crossselling
  • Maintenance of master data and debtor information
  • Customer correspondence
