We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and driven professionals to join our Katy Program Essential Speech and ABA Therapy Katy is an early childhood private therapy program for young children with Autism.

We offer Speech, ABA, and Occupational Therapy all under one roof The team is very hard-working and close knit and we look forward to bringing in a new technician to our therapy family


We are looking for individuals with childcare experience and a passion for working with children Individuals who join the team will be extensively trained to become a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist Behavior technicians/ABA Therapists use procedures to conduct one-on-one therapy with children with Autism under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Under the BCBA's supervision, therapists also collect and analyze data to track client progress.

Children in our program enjoy fun activities like songs and circle time, sensory table activities, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and more

  • A passion for and experience with working with young children
  • Basic knowledge of Autism and interest in learning about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work on a team
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
  • Ability to learn quickly and implement new skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct care to clients in a oneonone setting
  • Collect and record data on client behavior
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
  • Assist BCBAs with parent trainings

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
