Description

Seeking experienced manager to provide overall organization, management and staff supervision of the YouthBuild Rockford/AmeriCorps program, under the direct supervision of the Director of Workforce Development; to manage daily program operations; to facilitate coordination and team work among staff, to participate in program and policy development; to provide management of program budgets and reporting to funding sources, and to maintain relationships with other community agencies and organizations pertaining to the agency's programs and services.
