Description

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products.

• Set up and prepare presses for production runs
• Load materials onto the press and adjust settings as necessary
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Make adjustments to the press settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating presses in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Ability to use all measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, protractors, etc.)
• Must be able to identify difference in material types.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Heavy lifting required.
