Sales Associate Position at Mölnlycke
This is an entry-level position with the aim that, after proper training and exposure, the Sales Associate will be prepared to advance to a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) or a higher-level role. As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships, educating customers on product features, distinctions, and usage, as well as representing the Company in sales calls. You will support your Regional Sales Team in achieving sales goals and handling administrative tasks like report preparation and order follow-ups. Additionally, you will attend sales meetings, trade shows, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
