What can you expect?

You will handle order acceptance and processing, create delivery notes, shipping documents, and invoices in the B2C sector, and represent colleagues in the B2B sector during their vacation periods
You will process online orders from various portals and enter telephone orders in the B2C sector
You will be responsible for the support, consultation, and initial contact with our partners and customers in writing and by phone
You will handle customer complaints and damage reports and forward them internally
