InSite Realty Advisors is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and initiatives across a diverse $3B+ portfolio of manufactured housing communities.

This is a full-time position based out of our Newport Beach office.

This role will involve auditing websites for professional photography, ensuring clear and concise copywriting, assisting with pricing strategies, and promoting leasing/sales specials.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on key initiatives.

Occasional travel may be necessary.


Pay Range: 75-82k/year DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Website Audits and Content Management:
  • Conduct regular audits of websites & home listing sites for accurate details, specials, and professional photography to ensure high-quality visuals.
  • Review and optimize website copywriting for clarity and conciseness.
  • Audit social media usage and engagement for each operator.
  • Project manage all renderings and track CapEx details for accurate marketing
  • Assist in the implementation of new website templates across the portfolio.
  • Manage ongoing monthly eblast design and content to improve open rates and readability.
  • Pricing Strategies and Specials:
  • Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies for leasing and sales.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote leasing/sales specials and campaigns.
  • Maintain a tracker of special implementation & results generated.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the InSite team.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on the status of key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Utilize marketing data and dashboard outputs to analyze marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies.
  • Maintain the weekly marketing workbook which contains all property, operator initiatives & home details.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing management or related roles within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords & Meta reporting.
  • Ability to create visual graphics via Canva or like software.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering highquality marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of website management and content optimization is a plus
