    Description

    Global Chemical manufacturer seeks a Corporate Environmental Manager who will be responsible for supporting operations for their manufacturing sites in the US and overseas. Must be willing to travel 50%.

    Responsibilities:

    • Will manage and direct all plant environmental programs for global facilities.
    • Develop and implement environmental policies.
    • Assist and participate in company's sustainability projects, programs and initiatives.
    • Acts as company representative for legal and litigation matters
    • Manage and mentor environmental personnel
    • Provide environmental support to plants

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in CHE, Environmental, or Environmental Science
    • 7+ years environmental management experience in chemicals, paper, steel or similar industries
    • Experience with Title V, CAA, CWA, RCRA, DOT
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to travel 50%
