    Job Description

    Job Overview:
    We are looking for a talented Event Coordinator to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hospitality and event organization, capable of crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients.

    Duties:
    - Plan, manage, and carry out various events like weddings, business meetings, and social gatherings
    - Coordinate all event elements including selecting venues, arranging catering, decorations, entertainment, and transportation
    - Communicate efficiently with clients to grasp their requirements and preferences
    - Negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure cost-effective services
    - Promote events to draw attendees and boost participation
    - Recommend additional services to enrich the event experience
    - Supervise event setup, operation, and takedown for seamless proceedings

    Experience:
    - Experience in event management, particularly in a hospitality environment
    - Excellent communication and bargaining capabilities
    - Familiarity with banquet or hotel event coordination
    - Proficiency in event promotion strategies
    - Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and perform well under stress

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
