Your Responsibilities:


  • Coordination and organization of transportation and logistics processes within the company to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
  • Continuous improvement of processes through documentation and communication of results, as well as analysis and resolution of deviations.
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the logistics team.
  • Responsibility for ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and work standards, as well as responsible handling of vehicles, materials, etc.

Your Profile:


  • Completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (or similar) and further training for assuming leadership responsibilities (e.g. master's degree).
  • First leadership experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Handson mentality and willingness to pitch in when things get busy.
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
  • Knowledge of methods (e.g. continuous improvement, 6S) as well as good knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as high level of commitment.
  • Independent work style, motivation, and reliability.
  • Forklift license desirable.
