Responsibilities:


  • Conduct energy assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings
  • Develop and present customized energy solutions to clients
  • Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Utilize market knowledge to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or technical sales
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to conduct doortodoor sales effectively
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for reaching a broader audience

Pay:
$75, $120,000.00 per year


Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
