Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy assessments to identify opportunities for energy savings
- Develop and present customized energy solutions to clients
- Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy products
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Utilize market knowledge to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to conduct doortodoor sales effectively
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for reaching a broader audience
