    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time

    Location: Washington, DC

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time basis in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will work with students with diverse needs, focusing on creating individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to teachers and staff.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
    • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
    • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans as needed.
    • Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and parents on behavior intervention strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
    • Collaborate with other professionals and team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
    • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
    • Current BCBA certification.
    • Experience working in a school setting with students with special needs.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including IDEA and ADA.
