Infor WFM (Workforce Management) Lead Consultant**

Travel:
remote with 25% travel to Tallahassee, FL

In this assignment, the client has a need for an Infor WFM Lead.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, functional understanding of Infor WFM, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of the Infor CloudSuite WFM within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the WFM (Workforce Management) system according to the organization's requirements using the Configuration Console including setting up modules, workflows, security settings, and other system parameters.
  • Ability to lead and guide the team in making correct design decisions.

Requirements:

years of WFM and workflow experience

  • Lead WFM experience.
  • Infor v11 WFM experience
  • Kronos experience preferred.
