We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Client Service Consultant.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring that all communication is timely, professional, and accurate.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database, including client contact information and preferences
Work closely with our internal teams, including sales and marketing to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
Identify opportunities to improve our client services and processes, and work with the team to implement these changes.
Attend client meetings and assist with presentations as needed, ensuring that all client needs are met and all questions are answered.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a desire to build long-term client relationships.
