ABOUT LGC STANDARDS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:

Take the information provided by the compliance specialist and create the needed documents for shipments being imported to the US in the timeframe needed.
Monitor shipments to make sure import clearance is completed in a timely manner. Interact with carriers as needed to be sure all needed information is available for clearance.
Use SalesForce to communicate and resolve cases as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn IFS business software and supply chain requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere and to work independently
Well organised, thoughtful, open to new technology
Highly selfmotivated
Strong team player
Effective communicator
