Description

Reference: To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our Hamburg branch as soon as possible for the IGK department (industrial, commercial and municipal damages).

Your responsibilities:

· Project management of restoration work for water and fire damages
· Conducting damage assessments, evaluations, and inspections
· Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
· Scheduling work on construction sites
· Monitoring and documenting progress of work to be carried out

What we expect from you:

· Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry, e.g. painter, tiler, carpenter (m/f/d)
· Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) or a degree in construction/engineering/architecture
· Practical experience in construction management
· Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
· Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
· Teamwork and service orientation
· Proficient in MS Office products
