TruckECM Florida is actively searching for a Bilingual ( English - Spanish ) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our organization.

Our mission is to help our truckers go back on the road by detecting and replacing their computer problems.

As the Technical Support rep, you will receive training on how to help our truckers correctly.

You will provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective consumers by utilizing your high communication, problem-solving skills, and charismatic and caring personality.

Responsibilities:

Create an exceptional customer experience by actively listening, addressing the customer's wants and needs, and overcoming objections
Provide detailed information regarding products and services that reflect the customer's needs
Handle customer complaints and problems with the utmost level of professionalism and respectfulness, and escalate if needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or clientfacing setting
Must have exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
As one of the faces of our company, a high level of professionalism is nonnegotiable

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
