We are distinguished by our commitment to providing a diverse selection of certified Zabiha halal meat cuts, including poultry, beef, goat, and lamb.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Urdu/Hindi Speaking Store Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our store and support store management.

Responsibilities:


1.


Store Operations Oversight:
Lead and supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Monitor inventory levels, track product sales, and oversee stock replenishment to meet customer demand.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper storage and handling of perishable goods.

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including cashiers, stockers, and customer service representatives.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.

Create and manage duty rosters, and leaves for the staff members

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by greeting them warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Must be able to communicate in Urdu/Hindi effectively with customers

Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to improve service quality and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting activities.

Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

Store Maintenance and Presentation:
Supervise store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.

Implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and drive sales.

Address facility maintenance issues promptly to uphold store appearance and functionality standards.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Must be Proficient in Urdu or Hindi langauge spoken and written

Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on store operations and team leadership.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Knowledge of Pakistani and Indian grocery products and halal meat cuts is advantageous.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $35.00/hour.
