Description

Kensington School is a full-day private school & childcare for infants through Kindergarten age, with fourteen locations in the Chicago area.


Maintenance responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • monthly carpet cleaning
- changing lightbulbs
- fixing / assembly of toys & furniture
- painting
- monthly deep cleans of flooring (classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen)
- move furniture as needed
- light yard work, trash pick up
- plumbing experience preferred
- electrical experience preferred


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year minimum of Maintenance / Custodian / Janitor experience required.

Must be open to travel between our school locations.

  • Experience in a school environment preferred.
  • Must pass a state background check
  • Complete a medical form
  • References are required
- **Must be able to work evenings & weekends. Flexible schedule depending on work at hand.
