Description
Primary tasks involve:
- Administrative Support**: Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties, including but not limited to: maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating HR databases.
- Onboarding and Offboarding**: Coordinate new hire orientations, assist with onboarding paperwork, and handle exit procedures for departing employees.
- Benefits Administration**: Aid in benefits enrollment and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping**: Ensure HR policies and procedures compliance, maintain accurate records, and assist in audits when necessary.
- 35 years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and speaking skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
Additional desired attributes:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Passion for providing an amazing employee experience.
- Experience with Paycor HCM Software.
- Basic computer hardware set up knowledge workstations, monitors and printers.
- Bilingual
- Spanish and English.
This position is full time plus benefits including health insurance with employer contribution and a 401k plan with an employer matching contribution.
