Position Title:
Telemarketing Representative
- Part Time to Full Time
- Flexible Schedule; Monday
- Friday.

Basic Function:
- The Telemarketing Representative identifies and contacts prospects, and then passes the qualified leads on to the sales team to make the sale.
Reporting Relationship:
- The Telemarketing Representative reports directly to the division Sales Manager.

Preferred:1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales.
Working Conditions:
- 15 to 30 hours per week, Mon Fri in a climatecontrolled office.
Responsibilities:
- Accumulating prospect lists from a variety of sources
- Use scripts and flow charts while in conversation
- Explaining the benefits of the products
- Maintaining a database of prospects, leads, and customers
- Take detailed call notes and record any feedback
- Contribute to meeting sales goals
