- This position is contract to hire at 12 months on assignment
- This position requires that the consultant work on-site with one day of virtual work per work. There may be times during a project when the you will need to be onsite five days a week.
- Conduct data analysis to support the development, maintenance, and execution of the NC3 Architecture Governance Plan
- Support data-driven enterprise decisions based on the NC3 Enterprise Architecture; support senior leaders and provide architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives
- Collaborate with NC3 architecture teams to provide input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE)
- Coordinate with enterprise Data Governance Group (DGG) to develop the NC3 enterprise data standards and processes for architectural products in the NDMEE
- Support the production and publication of baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures
- Support and update information hosted in the NC3 Enterprise Library (NEL) or other digital engineering tools
- Assist the ingest, re-formatting, and publication of the NC3 As-Is architecture using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in the NC3 Enterprise Library (NEL) or other digital engineering tools
- Security Clearance Required Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI
- One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field with a minimum of 3+ years' relevant experience developing analysis and reporting capabilities, using statistical methods to analyze data and generate reports, create models to depict operational trends, and identifying specific data needs for analysis projects, OR:
- 8+ years' relevant experience, including 3+ years' developing analysis and reporting capabilities, using statistical methods to analyze data and generate reports, create models to depict operational trends, and identifying specific data needs for analysis projects
- Must be seasoned in the various Data Analytics tools and methods
- Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Our client offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HSA and HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis
