    Description

    Job Title: Operations Research Analyst at Peraton



    Peraton is looking for an Operations Research Analyst to lead Cyber Red Team operations based in Fort Meade, MD.



    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and providing recommendations
    • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting scenario information and data
    • Developing, executing, and enhancing scenarios, capabilities, and TTPs
    • Planning and coordinating all red team activities
    • Leading in-briefs and out-briefs for the JFHQ-DODIN DRSI Cyber Red Team


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience with BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Completion of the JFHQ-DODIN Cyber Red Team Training and Certification program
    • Possession of an industry-recognized penetration tester certification
    • Current IAT Level II and CSSP-Analyst certifications
    • Active TS/SCI clearance


    Preferred (not required):

    • IAT Level III or IAM Level III
    • CSSP-Infrastructure Support

    Target Salary Range:


    $112,000 - $179,000. This salary range reflects the typical compensation based on experience and relevant factors.
