- Autonomy within facilities and with clinical support and supervision

- Provide direct psycho-social services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment of nursing home residents.
- Includes individual, group and family therapies.
- See patients per day. Can flex and see more or less to accommodate scheduling as needed, focus on work life balance
- Collaboration with I team to ensure best practice and quality outcomes as well as assure continuity of care.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and medically necessary documentation of clinical contacts.
- Direct clinical role.
- LMSW; Masters from an accredited University plus 1-2 years' experience.
- Full State license.
- Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, coworkers and other relevant professional contacts.
- Proficient with use of technology (medical records, word, excel, etc.)
- 1+ years' experience providing mental health services, particularly healthcare settings in Nursing Homes.
- Experience with Medicare guidelines, standards of care and documentation.
