Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct QA/QC inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality criteria
• Investigate customer complaints or product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes, procedures, and results
• Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Handle RMA's with both customers and vendors through completion
• Assist in management of Inventory

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM
• Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns or trends in quality data
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
