    You'll be the master communicator, keeping clients and colleagues in the loop by ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
    Create a positive experience for all by anticipating client concerns before they even arise and finding creative solutions.

    As the behind-the-scenes wizard, you'll keep our Financial Planner team organized and on top of their game - from insurance processing, onboarding clients, tackling paperwork like a champ, and scheduling meetings.

    You'll be entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information, ensuring their data is meticulously organized, secure, and up-to-date.

    With your lightning-fast response time and attention to detail to client inquiries and requests, you'll leave clients feeling heard and happy.

    This position requires work from our office, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.

    Play a key role in retaining clients by providing exceptional service and support.
    Resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
    Provide administrative and operational support to our Financial Planner team.
    Ensure client files and reports are impeccably organized, accurate, and up-to-date.

    Client Services Specialist RequirementsHave a college degree or real-world experience showing that you can learn at a higher level and stick with long-term initiatives.

    Up to 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, as well as experience with CRM databases.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric focus.
    Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    CompensationHourly rate up to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Pay rate is assessed every 6 months for an increase so that we remain competitive with industry benchmarks.

    Participate in our Stake in the Outcome (SITO) incentive program with a potential individual annual bonus after 1 year of service.
