What you'll be responsible for:
The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor will team up with other Fulfillment Center leaders to achieve three primary objectives; to pleasantly surprise customers with exceptional service that surpasses their expectations, to eliminate costs from the organization by establishing a process and executing a strategy that boosts efficiency so the team can remain focused, and to support our associates in a way that ensures their tomorrow is even brighter than today.
In this position, you will inspire and oversee hourly associates to reach performance targets, productivity, accuracy, and quality standards. You will guide your team in planning for daily, weekly, and monthly operations within your departments. You will suggest enhancements to departmental processes and procedures, engage in recruiting, training, and mentoring associates, and utilize operational reports to assess departmental performance and uphold standards. You will collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other Fulfillment Center executives to adhere to all guidelines and collaborate for success.
