- Accomplish pre-planning of complete aircraft systems, projects and programs prior to scheduled repair of individual end items.
- Develop/revise standards including labor, material, flow day, equipment, and facilities in support of programmed and non-programmed workloads.
- In coordination with the Master Scheduler, determines the impact of proposed workload changes or acceleration or deceleration of aircraft production schedules.
- Attend provisioning conferences for material and equipment.
- Prepare reports and provides briefings on study findings to all levels of management, contractors, program managers, team members, and external audit agencies.
