Your responsibilities

As a construction manager (m/f/d) at Randolph AFB, you will be responsible for the technical evaluation of construction and assembly work for compressor stations, civil engineering, water engineering, building construction, building services, steel construction, and pipeline construction.

Management, organization, and supervision of suppliers and service providers
Central point of contact for internal departments, clients, authorities, and business partners
Execution of all tasks related to the functional, timely, and cost-effective processing in collaboration with planning, construction, and assembly companies
Inspection and acceptance of construction work
Monitoring compliance with HSE management requirements at assigned construction/assembly sites
Establishment of an engineering manual and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations

Your profile

Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification such as a technician/master's degree in construction trade
Professional experience in the listed field of responsibilities
Knowledge of MS Office is desirable
Good English and fluent German skills
Team-oriented work style, communication and organizational skills
High flexibility and willingness to travel for the job location
