Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Enter and maintain orders in the system accurately
  • Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Assist Sales Staff as needed
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Must be available to work scheduled hours

Skills:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
