Compliance Resource Center is a leading provider of innovative tools and services which help health care organizations manage compliance activities in the constantly changing regulatory environment.

CRC's solutions include policy and procedure development, training, sanction screening services, and compliance hotline services.

CRC is affiliated with Strategic Management Services, a nationally recognized health care compliance consulting firm for the last 30 years.


Responsibilities
Collects and maintains a list of exclusion and sanction data sources.

Performs data entry and quality assurance reviews of data.


Ensures that new data sources are identified, data file layouts are developed, and data entered accurately for the system database updates.

Documents and monitors testing, bug reports and helpdesk inquiries.

Responsible for documenting, maintaining, and updating written work instructions and procedures.

Collaborates with the Database Administrator, Developer, and others to understand business or industry requirements.


Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education
Strong experience with databases and database languages is required.

Strong analytical skills are required for this role.

Attention to detail is required for this role.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is preferred. Related certifications may be considered for this role.

Strong professional writing proficiency in English is required for this role.
