Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Consistently communicate with Field Operations to obtain the hiring needs daily for all locations.
  • Keep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
  • Coordinate all new hire onboarding to ensure completion of hiring documents, system and payroll platforms, uniforms, and any unionrelated documentation, or Federal, State, and Municipal licensing requirements.
  • Monitor and assist with the completion of onboarding documents, and review and approve onboarding documents.
  • Obtain all required IDs, Licenses, and Certifications from applicants as required by law and specific client specifications, including but not limited to E-Verify, NJSP, NJDOE, and NYDSL registrations.
  • Create New Employee Personnel file ensuring all documents are complete, signed, and placed in the personnel file in compliance with all regulatory and Company requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Highschool diploma with 25 years related recruiting experience in a highvolume, fastpaced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, with a proven track record of taking initiative, setting and meeting goals, flexible, and peopleoriented.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft based platforms
  • Professional with effective judgement and decisionmaking ability.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with some knowledge of enterprise branding and marketing.
