Physicist / Engineer (m/f/d) for the production of microscopes - Cottonwood, United States - Spectrum Dynamics

Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the timely production of our products
- You operate our high-end microscopes - adjusting the beams, conducting functional tests and calibration measurements
- You inspect device components and contribute to ensuring our high quality standards
- You travel to customer sites worldwide: not only do you assemble the microscope, but you also deliver it to our customers for installation, acceptance and subsequent training on the microscope
- You regularly communicate with our international customers
Your Profile
- You have a degree in physics, engineering or a related field (motivated beginners are also welcome)
- You are a globetrotter and enjoy traveling
- You are passionate about technical challenges and enjoy contributing ideas for process optimization
- You are communicative, creative and customer-oriented with good English skills
- You appreciate varied tasks and are open to innovative ideas
- You ideally have some experience working with lasers and optical components
