    Title: Industrial Athletic Trainer

    Location: Grand Rapids, MI

    Status: Full Time

    Hours: TBD - Day Shift

    Responsibilities:
    Early Intervention Specialists evaluate employee health and develop tailored improvement plans.
    • Apply scientific knowledge to industrial settings
    • Assess body mechanics and risks, and create mitigation plans
    • Deliver and document treatments efficiently, integrating feedback for improvement
    • Address postural discomfort through coaching to prevent injuries
    • Support medical testing and operations
    • Provide health education and training for employees
    • Deliver client-specific outcome reports

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Master's Degree preferred
    • Alternative qualifications: Associate's degree as a PTA, Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health, or Military healthcare experience
    • Relevant license or certification
    • Basic Life Support and AED Certification
    • BOC certification or eligibility
