Job Summary:
The
Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for:
- Greeting patients
- Answering phone calls
- Checking in and out patients
- Scheduling appointments.
- Returning calls to patients and answering messages
- Giving instructions to patients
- Routing Faxes
- Insurance Verification
- Collect copay's and balances
- Entering patient Information/scanning patient documents
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Work Experience:
Experience in _Health care administrative setting preferred_.
- Must be proficient in EMR
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player, fast learner, and dependable.
- Absolutely must be able to multitask and perform with accuracy while processing a high volume of provider tasks
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
