Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Extensive financial modeling experience - budgets, multi-year forecasts, M&A activity, new locations, and ad hoc models
Data Mining and Business Intelligence (BI) tool development and management

Key responsibilities:
Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the development of long-term financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, to support the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
Utilize data mining techniques to extract and analyze financial data from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and key insights to drive informed decision-making.
Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance, assess investment opportunities, and simulate different scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the financial health and operational efficiency of medical services operations, leveraging BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes, enhance data quality and accuracy, and leverage technology solutions like Power BI to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Oversee the preparation, review, and management of annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
Conduct regular financial forecasting exercises, comparing actual financial performance against forecasts and analyzing variances to identify drivers and trends impacting financial results.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities for improving financial performance.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations, revenue cycle management, and clinical services, to integrate financial analysis into strategic initiatives and operational decision-making processes.
Provide leadership and guidance to the financial planning and analysis team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring professional development and growth opportunities for team members.
