Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in Dearborn, MI.
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will provide evaluations, create customized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of pediatric patients.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support the development of children and improve their functional independence.
The therapist will ensure high-quality care, track progress, document sessions, and maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulations.Qualifications
Proficiency in designing and implementing pediatric occupational therapy interventions, assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and caregivers, fostering a patient-centered approach.
Knowledge of clinical documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate in a team setting and provide optimal care.
Required:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure to practice in Michigan.
Experience in pediatrics and clinical settings is highly preferred.
