Inpatient General Surgery - ARNP; Nurse Practitioner; or PA-C, Physician Assistant ("APP").There are openings for both 90% FTE as well as for 100% FTE.
These are day shift positions with weekend and holidays, no call. Potential for 2-3 nights/month.

The APP provides clinical expertise to patients and their families, is a resource person for health care providers, and participates in research and teaching programs.
Work is performed in the Inpatient Care Units and Emergency Department 7 days a week with general independence and decision-making responsibility under the general guidance of the attending physicians, chief resident and department lead APP.
Guidelines include general policy procedures and practice guidelines established by the department and Harborview Medical Center, as well as appropriate professional and technical manuals.
