Your new field of activity:
Creation of planning and expectation calculations, as well as analysis of deviations Maintenance of organizational management in SAP Ensuring the accuracy of the job plan in our HR software Administration of time management Key user for the HR system Guidecom HR Suite in terms of linking modules and integrating/incorporating data from SAP Creation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc evaluations and reports for various internal and external stakeholders Regular evaluation and analysis of key figures in collaboration with the HR team and managers Development and maintenance of a key figure system/cockpit and implementation in the HR Suite by Guide
