to provide a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions for busy tax and financial planning firm in Phoenixville, Pa.
during tax season. Part time / 24 hours per week which may increase pending needs of business.Key Duties May Include:
- Perform bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff and client payrolls, bank deposits & reconciliations
- Maintains bookkeeping files
- Performs clerical and other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organization and planning capabilities
- Proficiency in computer platforms and programs relating to booking (Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Communicating with vendors and staff
