    Description

    Responsiblties Developing publishing and maintaining interactive reports dashboards and data models utilizing Vantagepoint and data visualization such as Power BI.

    Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements design impactful visualizations and uncover actionable insights. Conducting in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify patterns and trends empowering data-driven decision-making processes. Analyzing trends and KPIs and assisting in financial modeling and workforce planning. Running A/B tests and analyzing data for accuracy. Automating business processes and workflows using data visualization tools and relevant automation technologies. Integrating data visualization reports into other applications using embedded analytics such as Power BI service or by API automation. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Streamlining report procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Working in tandem with the IT team to ensure adherence to data security compliance and governance standards. Leading Vantagepoint and data visualization onboarding initiatives for new and existing employees fostering early usage and engagement.
