Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) Remote

Type of employment:
Full-time

Working hours: 40 hours per week


Responsibilities

  • Monitoring order flow for product availability
  • Monitoring the process chain from a commercial perspective
  • Tracking and potentially adjusting all necessary process steps by various departments and service providers in multiple CRM systems
  • Managing all processes related to order processing, activation, and implementation
  • Order management for one or more existing customers: the task is to handle orders from receipt to successful completion

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or ITtechnical education (or alternatively, an academic degree in any field)
  • 12 years of experience in customer handling
  • Aboveaverage ability to grasp concepts and a high willingness to learn
  • Fast, structured, and precise work style
  • High level of responsibility
  • Technical affinity
