As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.
The hours for this position are 10am - 7pm ESTResponsibilities
Provide basic hardware/software technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, and/or other remote methods.
Address and respond to customer inquiries on current and future company technology, such as InfoLink, Auto Positioning System (APS) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Document client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Possess a basic understanding of the organization's products and services but escalates more complex inquiries to a Tier 3 support group.
Provide afterhours support for national accounts as required, as well as on-call weekend support when assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
Associate Degree (Business, Communication, IT, Technical, Engineering)
Occasional travel (0-05%)
Occasional overnight stays (0-05%)
Requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business <20% per week and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
Field experience in customer service. Intermediate mechanical and electrical skills.
Good computer and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, willing to travel, and comfortable speaking in front of small groups.
Bi-lingual language skills (English/Spanish) beneficial.

Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
