    If you are looking to start your career with a company that grows their managers and leaders from within the organization, then Hudson's Furniture Sales Manager Training program is for you Hudson's Furniture is a second-generation family-owned company.

    We've been serving Florida's residents with our mission of 'Turning Houses into Homes' since 1981.

    You'll do more than just sell furniture, you'll help design and create the perfect living space for your clients while developing the skills necessary for career progression.

    This is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Sales Manager role in 6-12 months.

    In our hands-on learning environment, you will be partnered with our store, regional, and operations leadership to receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to achieve a successful career in Sales Management.

    Through the course of the program, you will learn all aspects of our business, allowing you to understand the significant part you'll play in the team's success.
